Plan the whole wedding in one workbook and know what you'll really spend. Set the date and budget, list your costs and guests, and the Wedding Planner tracks every payment, RSVP, table and task, with a countdown to the day.

What's inside

13 tabs that work together:

  • Dashboard: a countdown, budget and payments, RSVPs, seating, meals, tasks due and checks at a glance.
  • Budget: category targets (The Knot's 2026 average split or your own) against estimated, booked and paid.
  • Costs: every cost with service charge, tax and tip, and up to five payments with due dates.
  • Payments: every payment by due date, what's due each month and who's paying how much.
  • Vendors: contacts, quotes compared for each service, ratings and arrival times.
  • Guests: one row per household, with address, RSVPs for four events, meals, table, gifts and thank-yous.
  • Seating: your tables with who's at each, seats left, meals by table and dietary needs.
  • Checklist: 67 planning tasks dated from the wedding day, with who's doing what and what's overdue.
  • Day-Of: the wedding day timeline, minute by minute, to share with everyone.
  • Data Checks: things to fix and follow up, like tables over capacity, payments due soon, overdue RSVPs and guests without a table.
  • Start Here, Settings and Help: a setup checklist; your names, date, venue, budget, events and meal choices; and answers to common questions, with a tipping guide.

Built to save you time

  • Each cost adds its service charge, sales tax and tip, so the budget shows the true total.
  • Per-guest prices follow your guest count, for the wedding or for another event like the rehearsal dinner. A What if box shows the total for any number of guests.
  • The expected guest count adds every yes to those still to reply, less the share you expect to decline.
  • Payments due in the next 14 days, overdue payments and overdue RSVPs are flagged.
  • Number your RSVP cards and a card that comes back without a name still finds its guests.
  • Split costs among up to four contributors and see what each has paid and has left to give.
  • Meals and dietary needs by table, ready for the caterer.
