1. Who we are

Tabloom ("Tabloom", "we", "us", "our") is a trading name of Zephrell Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16525246, with its registered office at Unit 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Our UK VAT registration number is GB515883862.

You can contact us at support@shoptabloom.com. We aim to reply within two business days.

2. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on shoptabloom.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. Our Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy and License terms form part of these terms.

If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the laws of the country where you live that cannot be excluded or limited by contract (your "statutory rights").

3. What we sell

We sell digital products: downloadable spreadsheet templates, each as a Microsoft Excel workbook (.xlsx) and a Google Sheets edition (make-a-copy links in a PDF), with quick-start guides in PDF format. Nothing is shipped to you. Each product page describes what the product does, what is included, the license edition and the software it works with.

Compatibility. Unless a product page says otherwise, the Excel edition of our templates works in Microsoft Excel 2010 or later for Windows, Excel 2011 or later for Mac, and Microsoft 365 desktop apps, and the Google Sheets edition works in Google Sheets with a free Google account. They contain no macros. Excel for the web, Excel mobile apps, Apple Numbers and LibreOffice may not support every feature of the Excel edition. Please check a product's compatibility before you buy.

Where we sell. We sell to customers in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the United States and many other countries. We don't currently sell to customers in certain other countries. If we can't sell to your country, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Screenshots. Product images show the example file, which is filled with sample data. The blank file you use for your own data starts empty.

4. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before the product is delivered, for example if we suspect fraud or a product was listed at an obviously wrong price. If we do, we will refund you in full.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency of your region and are confirmed at checkout.
  • Where the law requires us to charge VAT, GST or sales tax, it is shown at checkout. Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union see prices that include VAT at the rate of the country where they live. For customers in the United States, any sales tax due in your state is added at checkout.
  • Payment is taken in full when you place your order through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. These are not set by us.

6. Delivery

Your download is available immediately after payment, on the order confirmation page and in your order confirmation email. Our Delivery Policy explains how to download your files and what to do if a link doesn't work.

7. Your right to cancel (consumers in the UK and Europe)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you normally have 14 days to cancel (withdraw from) a contract made online. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right ends once your download has started, provided that before you bought you:

  1. expressly asked us to make the content available immediately, and
  2. acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel once the download starts.

We ask for this consent before checkout and confirm it in your order confirmation email. If you have not started downloading your files, you can still cancel within 14 days of your order for a full refund, using the "Withdraw from contract" link at the bottom of every page, by email, or with the model form in our Refund Policy. Consumers in other countries keep any cancellation rights that the law of their country gives them.

8. Faulty products

Our products must work as described on their product pages. If a file is faulty, won't open in a supported version of Excel or in Google Sheets, or isn't as described, tell us and we will fix or replace it. If we can't fix or replace it within a reasonable time, we will refund you. These promises are in addition to your statutory rights. For example, consumers in the UK are entitled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and consumers in the European Union have similar rights under the law of their country.

9. Your license to use our products

The templates remain our property. When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it according to the edition you buy:

  • Standard license: use for yourself, personally or within your own business (including its employees). You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, or make them available to anyone outside your household or business.
  • Professional license: everything the Standard license allows, plus use with unlimited clients. For example, a consultant, bookkeeper, coach, planner or agency may fill in copies for clients and share completed files with them. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the template itself, whether blank or as part of a product for sale.

Under either license you may not upload our files to template marketplaces, file-sharing sites or public drives, remove copyright or license notices, or create a competing template product from our files. If you break these license terms, your license ends and you must delete the files. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. See our License terms for examples.

10. Updates

When we release an updated version of a product, buyers of that edition can download it at no extra cost. We may also correct errors or improve products. Updates will not remove core features described on the product page at the time you bought.

11. Not professional advice

Our templates help you organize information and do calculations. They are not legal, tax, accounting, payroll, financial, medical, nutritional or fitness advice. Laws and rules (for example, overtime rules, tax rates or reporting requirements) vary by place and change over time. The results depend on the information you enter. Check important decisions with a qualified professional. Our health and fitness templates are not suitable for medical use: speak to a qualified professional before changing your diet or training, especially if you have a health condition.

12. Our responsibility for loss or damage

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you are a consumer: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. If our digital content damages a device or other digital content belonging to you because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.

If you are a business: we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, data or goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

Please keep backup copies of your files and data.

13. Your privacy

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

15. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@shoptabloom.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country. If you are a business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Other important terms

  • If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest will continue in force.
  • If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization. We will tell you if this happens, and it will not affect your rights.
