Shipping policy

Digital delivery only

Everything we sell is a digital download. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges or customs fees.

When and how you get your files

  • Straight away: as soon as your payment is confirmed, a download button appears on your order confirmation page.
  • By email: we also email you a download link to the address you give at checkout. It usually arrives within a few minutes.
  • What you receive: a ZIP file containing the blank Excel workbook, an Example workbook filled with sample data, a Quick Start guide (PDF) and a Google Sheets Edition PDF. Bundles contain these files for every template in the bundle.

Download your files to a computer and unzip them before opening them in Excel. Opening a workbook directly from inside the ZIP file can make it read-only.

For the Google Sheets edition, open the Google Sheets Edition PDF and click a link while you're signed in to your Google account. Google then makes your own copy in your Google Drive. The copy is yours to keep, and we can't see it.

If your download doesn't arrive or a link doesn't work

  1. Check your spam or junk folder for the email from Tabloom.
  2. Make sure you are using the email address you entered at checkout.
  3. If the link has expired or stopped working, email support@shoptabloom.com with your order number and we will send a new one, usually within one business day.

Updates

When we release an updated version of a product, we email buyers of that edition a link to download it at no extra cost.
