The sales CRM for small teams of 1 to 10. Keep companies, contacts, deals and every call, email and meeting in one file. Log each touch with its next step and the follow-ups keep themselves current, the pipeline board flags deals that go stale, and every rep sees a forecast against quota. One file, no subscription and no per-seat fees.

What's inside

15 tabs that work together:

  • Dashboard: won, forecast and coverage against quota for any rep and period, today's work and insights.
  • Pipeline: open deals by stage on a board, largest first, flagged red when stale, stuck or past due.
  • Follow-ups: your call sheet: open follow-ups by date, overdue first, with the number to call.
  • Forecast: 12 months of quota against won, weighted, commit and best case, with a table by rep.
  • Team: each rep's quota, won, win rate, pipeline and activity against goal, sorted by won.
  • Analysis: the win/loss funnel by stage, then sources, lost reasons, products and industries.
  • Account: one customer on one printable page: people, deals, follow-ups and the latest touches.
  • Deals: up to 1,000 deals with stage, status, value, probability and close date, each with its forecast category and flag.
  • Activities: up to 3,000 calls, emails, meetings and notes, each with its next step and follow-up date.
  • Contacts: up to 1,500 people, linked to their company, with last activity and next follow-up.
  • Companies: up to 600 businesses, with open deals, won to date and the relationship.
  • Data Checks: mistakes to fix, plus deals worth a look: past due, stale, stuck or with no next step.
  • Start Here, Settings and Help: a setup checklist; your reps, quotas, stages and lists; and answers to common questions.

Built to save you time

  • Log a touch with its next step and the open follow-up on that deal or person closes by itself; a quick Note never hides one.
  • Each stage can set its own probability, Stale after and Max days, so deals that sit idle or stall in a stage are flagged.
  • Past-due deals count in the current month until you update the close date, so they don't drop out of the forecast.
  • Monthly quotas for each rep, with start and end dates, and a to-date target that turns Won green when you're on pace.
  • Coverage compares the pipeline closing this quarter with the quota still to win, and suggests a target from your own win rate.
  • Blank owner, source and value fill in from the contact, the company and the product's price.
  • Reassign a deal and its value, forecast and quota credit move to the new owner; activities keep the rep typed on them.

Who it's for

Small sales teams of 1 to 10, from an owner who does the selling to a manager with a few reps, selling to businesses or directly to people, who want a shared pipeline, follow-ups and a forecast against quota without per-seat software. Consultants and agencies setting up sales systems for clients need the Professional license. The file holds personal data about your contacts, so keep it private and secure; it's a record-keeping and planning tool, not legal, tax or financial advice.

What you get

  • The Excel workbook (.xlsx), blank and ready for your own data
  • The Google Sheets edition: open the PDF in your download and use its make-a-copy links to add it to your Google Drive
  • An Example workbook filled in with sample data for a commercial cleaning company with four reps, so you can see how everything works before you add your own
  • A Quick Start guide (PDF)
  • Free updates to the edition you buy
  • Instant digital download after checkout
