Know what you really make on every order, item and channel after every fee, and check every payout. Log each item you sell, and the Online Seller Profit Tracker works out its fees from a dated fee schedule you can edit (or takes them from your statement and checks them), adds shipping, refunds, ads and cost of goods, reconciles what each platform holds for you and builds a monthly profit and loss. One file, no subscription.
What's inside
18 tabs that work together:
- Dashboard: sales, profit, fees, ads, stock and what platforms owe you, for any period and channel.
- Orders: up to 4,000 lines, one per item sold, each with its share of fees, shipping and cost, and its profit.
- Refunds: refunds and returns, with the fees given back and returned units back in stock.
- Expenses: ads, plans, storage and supplies, by channel or business-wide.
- Payouts: the money each platform sent to your bank.
- Items: up to 2,000 SKUs and one-of-a-kind finds, with cost, stock, days unsold and profit.
- Cost Changes: dated costs, so later orders use the new cost and past profit doesn't move.
- Sourcing: trips at the IRS mileage rate for each date, and how each one paid back.
- Profit & Loss: a monthly P&L to net profit, with sales tax, ad and 1099-K figures in a memo.
- Products: each item's profit, margin and ROI, best first, with stock left and its age.
- Reconcile: each platform's balance against your entries, with the month's summary entry for your books.
- Pricing: the lowest price on each channel that meets your target profit and margin.
- Channels: where you sell, whose fees each one uses, how it pays you and its balance.
- Fee Schedule: each channel's fees from a date: tiers, small-order fees, minimums, ad fees and refund rules.
- Data Checks: mistakes to fix, plus statement fees off the schedule and balances that don't match.
- Start Here, Settings and Help: a setup checklist; your business, rules, mileage rates and lists; and answers to common questions.
Built to save you time
- Each fee row sets the fee base (with or without shipping and sales tax), tiers, small-order and per-order fees, minimums, processing, ad fees with caps and refund rules.
- When a fee or plan changes, add a dated row: newer orders use it and older orders keep their fees.
- Fees you type from your statement always win, and the fee check compares them with the schedule within a tolerance you set.
- Refunds estimate the fees each platform gives back, or use your statement's, and returned units go back in stock at the cost on the order date.
- Reconcile checks what each platform says it holds against your entries, with a monthly summary entry for your books.
- Pricing works back through each channel's fee rules to the lowest price that meets your target, with the most you can spend on ads per order.
- Ads show ROAS, TACoS and break-even ROAS, and the P&L memo shows each channel's 1099-K gross and whether to expect a form.
Who it's for
Online sellers on several channels, from makers to resellers sourcing one-of-a-kind finds, on marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and Whatnot, their own website or at markets. Bookkeepers, coaches and assistants keeping a file for each client need the Professional license. It's a record-keeping and planning tool, not tax, legal or accounting advice: the fee defaults were checked in October 2026, so check them against your own statements, and ask a tax professional about your situation.
